What is Drama Camp?

Come make a play with us this summer!!

In our signature drama camps, we work as a group to create a brand new play in one week. Then we perform it on the final day for our families and friends!

Throughout the week, campers learn about acting, improv, and storytelling fundamentals, while crafting characters and creating scenes, all from their own imaginations.

We mix in tons of fun drama games with some serious skill building exercises and daily outdoors time to give that perfect balance of learning and having fun!

Drama camp is the best place to exercise those imagination muscles, explore your creativity, and make new like-minded friends!

Plus, kids are sure to remember the plays they created for years to come!

What is Performance Camp?

Let's bring a play to life this summer!

In Sleeping Giants: SCRIPTED, our theatre performance camp, students will have the chance to shine on stage as they learn all about the process of rehearsing a full scripted play! Our show will give students plenty of opportunities to explore fun and engaging characters while creating an incredible performance for friends and family.

Throughout the camp, students will explore strong character choices and build foundational skills in acting, movement, and vocal technique. Each day will involve movement and vocal warmups, games that strengthen ensemble skills and teamwork, and, of course, rehearsals for our show! The camp will conclude with a final performance for family and friends on the last day.

This camp is perfect for aspiring actors and for those looking to dive deeper into acting technique and scene work that goes beyond your average drama camp.

The show we will be performing will be announced one week before the start of camp to allow us to choose a script that best suits the registered participants.
